SayIt is a dictation and voice-agent app operated by SayIt ("SayIt", "we") at https://sayit.run. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service

• SayIt turns your speech into text and types it into the app you are using; the voice Agent can write, rewrite, open apps, click, type and run commands on your computer when you ask it to.
• The Agent acts only when you call it and always asks before anything that cannot be undone (sending, deleting, paying, write or delete commands). You are responsible for what you dictate, for the tasks you give the Agent and for confirming those actions.
• Speech recognition and AI output can be wrong. Read before you send anything that matters.

2. Accounts

• Sign in with Google or Apple. You must be 13 or older and keep your signed-in devices secure.
• One account may be used on several computers by the same person. Do not share, resell or automate it to get around the limits.
• You can sign out in the app and request account deletion at [email protected].

3. Plans and limits

• Free: 200 actions to try per account, with no time limit and no renewal.
• Premium: up to 200 actions per day, $12 per month or $98 per year.
• Business (teams): bought per seat; each seat is one member with Premium limits, and the team shares a team memory and a team dictionary. Team admins manage members, grant the right to write team memory, and buy seats; team data is never used to train models. Business is paid per period and does not renew automatically.
• One action is one recognised dictation or one task given to the Agent. Daily limits reset on Vietnam time (UTC+7).
• We may change limits, prices or features; price changes apply from the next billing period and are announced at least 14 days in advance.

4. Payments

• International customers pay by card or PayPal through our merchant of record, which collects applicable taxes and issues invoices. Customers in Vietnam may pay by bank transfer using the QR code shown in the app.
• Monthly and yearly Premium plans paid by card renew at the end of each period; you can cancel renewal at any time from Manage plan and keep Premium until the paid period ends. Bank transfers buy a single period and do not renew.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use SayIt to break the law, violate others' rights, distribute malware, attack systems or interfere with SayIt's infrastructure. Do not use the Agent to automate what the service you are operating forbids. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

6. Ownership

You keep all rights to what you dictate and to the output created for you. The SayIt app, brand and code belong to us and our licensors; you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them under these terms.

7. Data and privacy

How we collect and process data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of SayIt, including actions the Agent performs at your request and with your confirmation. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using SayIt and delete your account at any time. We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first addressed by good-faith negotiation via [email protected].

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version takes effect when published at https://sayit.run/terms/ and is announced in the app for material changes.
